COMMON QUESTIONS

Will we need to buy tickets? 

Yes, tickets will need to be purchased for the Hall of Fame dinner, Byrd Documentary and the Ultimate Reunion. There will also be entry fees for participants in the 5k Walk/Run and the Golf Tournament. Tickets and registration for most events will go on sale Friday, October 18th.  Priority for tickets will go to those who have purchased a sponsorship and for Alumni Association members who are members in good standing (have paid membership dues since 8/1/24 or Lifetime members) AND have updated email addresses in our system.  You can go to this form and enter your information to ensure that we have your correct email address and other contact information.

    Will there be sponsorship opportunities? 

    Yes! Sponsorship information is available here.

    Are there hotel room blocks?

    Yes, we currently have 2 room blocks at the Hilton Convention Center and Sam’s Town. Feel free to begin booking now!

    Will there be transportation? 

    We are still in the process of finalizing many transportation plans for the weekend celebration, but can confirm we will have valet on Friday night at the Robinson Film Center. We also will have shuttles on Saturday for the Open House as parking may be limited at the school.

    When will information be sent out? 

    As further details are finalized, information will be updated to this Centennial Webpage. Emails will also be periodically sent to all alumni who have updated information in our database.  There will also be a Centennial information packet mailed to all Alumni.

    Can we make a donation and where will donations go? 

    Of course! The Alumni Association is always taking donations.  Any profits from these events can go towards initiatives in one of the following categories:

    1. Faculty support
    2. Student Life
    3. Facility Improvements

    The Alumni Association Board of Directors will manage how the money is spent by working closely with school administration on current and future needs.
